Brandon Holloway has 16 years’ experience in real estate investing, fund management, and corporate finance and he was most recently the Chief Investment Officer of LifeScienceX, an investment company focused on life science and biomanufacturing real estate. At LifeScienceX, Brandon was responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio, including investment execution, asset management, and capital strategies.

Brandon also previously served as an Investment Director in the Housing Division of Gresham House. During his tenure at Gresham House, he served as the Deputy Fund Manager for Residential Secure Income plc (LSE: RESI) and as a Director of RESI’s external fund manager. Brandon was responsible for RESI’s overall performance, investment strategy execution, fundraising and investor relations.

 

Prior to joining Gresham House, Brandon served as a Vice President at Singerman Real Estate, where Brandon executed real estate investments and asset management duties across several asset classes, with a focus on seniors housing and industrial properties. Brandon also held fund management and investor relations responsibilities.

 

Earlier roles held by Brandon include working at Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) as a corporate finance analyst; and working as an analyst in Barclays Capital’s New York real estate investment banking division.

 

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College.
